What if I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?

Due to the fact that we do not require our customers to sign a contract, we would appreciate a 24-hour advance notice for a cancellation or rescheduling. We understand that emergencies happen, but please understand that your appointment time is designated just for you and short notice makes it hard to fill your time slot. Failure to contact the office within the 24 hour advanced notice cancellations; will warrant a late charge of $35.00 assessed to the customer.
